Its Global was very helpful, they moved my entire house, stored all my belongings for 3 months and then delivered all my stuff to my new house. Friendly customer service people and thoughtful with putting down runners in the new house to keep the floors clean. A stressful time made not so stressful. Thanks for all your hard work .
Furniture move
ITS did a wonderful job moving some new very large / heavy furniture from the garage to a upstairs room. There was no damage to walls or the new furniture . I was extremely impressed how careful the crew was handling everything.

Flawless Residential Move
In August and September we worked closely with Evan Carlson and the ITS Global Relo team on somewhat of a complex move from a condo in Portland to 4 homes scattered across the country. I wanted to pass on that we couldn't have been happier with the entire process of working with Evan, ITS and Bekins: - Evan was a pleasure to work with from our very first phone call all the way through the entire process. He was professional, responsive, courteous and had a very high level of attention to detail. - The entire ITS packing team couldn't have done a better job. They clearly knew what they were doing and their experience gave us all confidence that we were in good hands. - The Bekins-related contacts in the arrival cities were all johnnies-on-the-spot...we all received calls letting us know when things should arrive and your teams were adept at managing several last minute scheduling issues.
Great Service
Moving from my old house to a townhouse was a great experience for me. I was very fortunate that two persons, Josh and Jay, have done incredible work on August 4th 2022 moving heavy furniture, including a piano. They arrived on time, carefully wrapped each piece of an item, and loaded them in the truck. They were efficient and professional. They unloaded the stuff in my new place, set up everything, and cleaned the floor after working. I’m very grateful that these two men worked very hard in order to make my moving experience free from stress. Josh & Jay, I do appreciate your efforts and patience. Thank you very much 🥰
Excellent service for our move
Thanks to Bryson, Pat, Francisco, and Jaier for moving my furniture and household belongings across Vancouver. They showed up on time, were careful in both houses, and got everything placed just where we wanted. And they did the work with smiles on their faces. Thanks to them the day went by quickly and easily.

Even though it was actively snowing (first time ever recorded in April) ITS guys were on the job. Arrived on time, fought diligently through the mud to bring furniture up the side of the house. Were pleasant and hard workers. Moved my baby grand piano without damage. I would recommend them to anyone needing to move
Packers have done an excellent job!
We have a lot of items and the packers have finished in record time. They originally quoted 4 days for packing, but the packers were done in basically 2 days. They were very knowledgeable and helpful and work incredibly hard while they we here . Shoutout in particular to Sarah in the Tualatin, Oregon office, she always let us know each step of the way what was going to happen and worked around us and our work schedule. I would definitely recommend using them.
